To continue with the previous post, compare the latest episode of Joan of Arcadia, which had the "oxymoron-moron" joke, to an earlier episode where a rabbi (or was it God? email me, people!) told Joan something about intimacy and the ability to hurt someone but choosing not to, which is heady and direct stuff. On the one hand, you have Joan telling us what to feel in her spiel to Grace. On the other, there's incisive observation.
Really, email me. I'm dying to remember what episode that one quote is from and what was said verbatim. And it's also good a time to see if I have more than two readers haha.
