Convince Me To Watch Glee

See, the people behind Glee are also responsible for Popular, to which I reacted very severely. (I guess my expectations were a little skewed -- someone told me it was a more surreal Freaks & Geeks. Suffice it to say, it is not.) The taste left in my mouth is so bad that the idea that the same producers making another high school series sounds like more bad news to me... but apparently it's not?

Indie rating: Bardo Pond - "Trip Fuck"

we like it in our household. Singing, dancing, witty repartee, strong character acting, bad behavior, at least three-four belly-laughs per episode so far. But you really should start with the pilot.

Never saw Popular.

Ditto momo...please start with the plot. It is worth it for the main girl's intro montage. Delicious.

Jane Lynch isn't enough convincing for you??

I'm a gLeek. Jane is totally icing on the cake. And when soaped-up cheerleaders danced to one of my favorite songs (that I didn't think had a mainstream following), well.....

Soaped up, you say...

Jane Lynch isn't enough convincing for you??

Not really. :\
